Terms and Conditions BK9 – Official Platform Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bk9. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bk9 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bk9 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the bk9 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Account Registration

To use bk9's full services, you are required to register a personal account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number.
• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it whenever any changes occur.
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not registering more than one (1) account per individual. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended or terminated.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

BK9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) processes at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

BK9 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawals are permitted, to prevent misuse of payment methods.
• BK9 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party banking institutions may impose their own charges.

BK9 reserves the right to place suspicious withdrawal requests on hold for investigation purposes. Should the investigation confirm no irregularities, funds will be released within the stipulated timeframe. Members will be notified of their request status via email or live chat.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

BK9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value for our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer. General terms applicable to all BK9 bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to other members or directly exchanged for cash.
• BK9 reserves the right to reclaim bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation.
• Bonus offers are subject to a specified validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.
• In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the Bahasa Malaysia version of this document shall be the definitive version.

5 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the bk9 platform are subject to game-specific rules for each category. In general, bk9's wagering rules cover the following:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• BK9 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games affected by technical errors, provider service disruptions, or inaccurate information.
• In the event of an error in odds or payouts caused by a system fault, bk9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original bet amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play) are subject to broadcast delays and real-time odds changes.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed on the respective game interface.

For Live Casino games, all decisions announced by the live dealer are final. No appeals will be accepted for outcomes that have been officially announced during a live game session.

6 Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

To keep the BK9 platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or using a bk9 account from regions prohibited under local laws.
• Using the bk9 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Impersonating bk9 staff or official platform representatives to mislead other members.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or odds mistakes to gain unfair advantages.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward support staff or other members on the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

BK9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or law enforcement requests. Members may also request closure of their own account by contacting the BK9 support team via live chat.

Before account closure is processed, all outstanding withdrawal requirements must be fulfilled. Valid funds will be returned to the member's registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of the investigation.

• Accounts suspended pending investigation will remain inaccessible until the investigation is concluded.
• Accounts terminated due to serious violations are not eligible for reinstatement.
• Members who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will not be permitted to register a new account during the designated exclusion period.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bk9 platform — including logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of bk9 or its respective licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bk9.

By using the BK9 platform, you do not acquire any ownership rights over any platform content. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with the use of our platform, including:

• Loss of anticipated profits or expected income.
• Losses resulting from service disruptions, server failures, or technical issues beyond bk9's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of bk9 services in your region.

10 Personal Data Privacy

BK9 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in line with best data protection practices. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by BK9 Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

In summary, bk9 collects your personal data for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, platform improvement, and legal compliance purposes. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

BK9 deeply values the well-being of our members. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account to help you stay in control of your playing habits:
